I heard good things about Nick Silva and his team from Prestige Electric, so when I needed to fix an outlet in my house, I called him immediately - it was Friday after "work hours" and he promptly answered the phone, with a friendly, and professional voice. He tried to walk me though the process , but after figuring I needed another piece. He asked what my schedule was for the next day. He came early to the appt, and fixed it within minutes. As long as I have outlets in my house, Nick, and his team at Prestige Electric will be my electrician.

6 stars. I took down a nonfunctional light fixture that was never in use since we owned the home, which was my first mistake. In the process of shortening the electrical wires to patch the ceiling, I came across multiple live wires and switch loops. After a day of being unable to return the power to other lights that were powered by the receptacle, I decided to call a pro before I fried my panel and/or killed myself.

Called Nick in the morning, he said he could likely get there the same day.

He arrived about 5 hours later, and solved my problem in about 30 minutes.

He was responsive to my call, arrived the same day, worked efficiently and cleaned up before he left.

I will absolutely use Prestige again in the future.
